| About us | Transplant House of Cleveland, located in University Circle, operates 25 fully-furnished apartments and a programming / community space for both out-of-town and local transplant patients and their caregivers. We believe there is healing power in community and that no one should be alone on the uniquely stressful transplant journey. Through shared meals, discussion groups, educational presentations, social outings, massage, and other support services, we help the entire family cope and heal. |
