| About us | Alzheimer’s Community Care was founded in 1996 by a group of local residents in Florida, who were concerned about the growing number of people affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related neurocognitive disorders. There is no known cure or pharmaceutical approach to Alzheimer’s disease that stops or slows its progression. Until there is a cure, patients and families need care. Alzheimer’s Community Care is there to provide services and resources to both the patient and the caregiver. |
