Welcome to BPAN Warriors. Whether you are a parent of a child recently diagnosed with BPAN (Beta-Propeller Protein-Associated Neurodegeneration), a researcher with interest in the ultra-rare disease or you are a family member, friend, community advocate or healthcare provider who has been touched by someone who lives with this ultra-rare genetic condition, we welcome you. BPAN Warriors is the only U.S. based nonprofit dedicated exclusively to the global BPAN community. It is estimated that there are between 2,600-10,000* patients living with BPAN worldwide.​With the explosion in BPAN cases worldwide, now more than ever it is critical to collaborate and mobilize our international community of patients, parents/caregivers and researchers and clinicians to accelerate a cure for BPAN.
