| About us | We are a private, non-profit community organization with a parent Board of Directors. Founded in 1971, the Center strives to help clients achieve self-sufficiency. Mystic Learning Center provides school age child care, youth employment and parental involvement activities for the low income public housing community known as Mystic. |
