Senior Transportation Connection (STC) collaborates to provide accessible, affordable, and quality transportation to enhance the independence of older adults.

For 15 years, Senior Transportation Connection (STC) has provided comprehensive, coordinated, efficient, and affordable transportation to Cuyahoga County seniors and disabled adults. STC helps seniors and disabled adults access basic services, maintain their independence, and prevents them from living lives defined by their limitations. A unique public-private partnership, STC works with 30 communities across Cuyahoga County to serve over 14,000 individuals who face mobility challenges due to age, disability, or frailty each year. Once registered through their home community or agency, STC provides user with “door to door” transportation service that accommodates all abilities.
