Health Center Greeters, who are the first smiling faces that visitors see, direct the visitors to the proper person or location and help set the tone for a positive experience at FoundCare.Health Center Orientation GuideFoundCare's Health Center, located in Palm Springs, is a modern, inviting facility that meets the varied healthcare needs of thousands of individuals each year. Volunteer health center orientation guides can help new patients to become familiar with the office, its different departments (medical, dental, laboratory, etc.), and operating procedures in order to help alleviate any concerns the new patients may have. |

A variety of our services are accessible throughout our centers in Palm Beach County, with our West Palm Beach center conveniently offering all of our services in one location. Services Include: Pediatric and Adult Primary Care, Chronic Disease Management, Behavioral Health Services, Dentistry, Laboratory Services, X-Rays, On-Site Pharmacy, and Women’s Health Services. |
