About us

Transitions, Inc. believes that addiction is a disease, and treats Substance Use Disorders from the disease model. Treatment is individualized to best meet the needs of the consumer. Treatment is provided through trauma-informed, person-centered and recovery-focused services. Our Residential and Outpatient Programs (WRAP, Droege, and IOP) follow evidence-based practices.
