We restore hope as we work with our clients side-by-side to resolve their legal issues. In doing so, we help to promote economic self-sufficiency, preserve dignity, and strengthen our neighborhoods and communities.

In the 79 years since its founding, the goal of Indy Legal Aid has remained constant: to provide consultation, education, advice, and representation across a wide range of legal issues, most frequently in the areas of housing, guardianship, adoption, and family law. Indy Legal Aid provides legal services that benefit the most vulnerable members of the Central Indiana community: the elderly and disabled, children and their caretakers, and low-income individuals who otherwise would not receive legal services.
