| About us | We believe health is a full circle and cannot be complete without having a healthy body, healthy mind and healthy spirit. In order to provide this increased level of care, The Ogden Family Foundation has partnered with Community Outreach Medical Center and created a fully integrated health program. This allows us to incorporate a variety of health services within our programs. We continue to search for new paths to empower others. |
