To promote peace and healing for youth survivors of violence, sexual exploitation, and sex trafficking, through the development of specialized programs, trauma-informed care, and unconditional support.

Angel Mentor

Time commitment: 5-8 hours / week. Angel mentoring is an intense, one-on-one trauma-informed mentoring service for girls and LGBTQ+ youth ages 12-18 who are identified as survivors of sexual assault, sexual abuse, molestation, intimate partner violence (IPV), and stalking, whose primary goal is to restore recipients to the highest level of functioning through trauma-healing, self-love, empowerment, resiliency, and support. The program is based on strengths and empowerment perspectives, with all mentors trained in a trauma informed approach.

Group Facilitator for Girls Circle

Time commitment: 3-6 hours / week (mostly Fridays and Saturdays). Girls Circle is a group mentorship service for participants ages 12-18 who are presenting behavioral problems such as anger, aggression, educational deficit and truancy, poor self-esteem and self-image, poor decision-making, difficulty effectively solving a problem, authority and/or family conflict, criminal and/or negative peers, habitual runaways, impulse control disorder and oppositional defiance disorder; in addition to those experiencing domestic violence in the home.
