| About us | PACT Coalition works to address substance misuse through the Strategic Prevention Framework community-based process and works in collaboration with its members and partners to address policy, system and environmental change. PACT works to reduce substance misuse across the lifespan by increasing protective factors and reducing risk factors associated with substance misuse. |
