| About us | In response to the communities’ continued and growing need for quality hospice care, Infinity Hospice Care was founded in April 2005. Due to rapid growth and the ongoing need for hospice care have expanded our medical, counseling, and support services. Our patient care delivery system is provided through comprehensive case management services with a holistic focus on the whole family. We involve the patient and family in the decision making process, and seek to enable each person to complete life’s journey with peace and comfort. |
