About us | The Family Abuse Shelter of Miami County is a 24-hour accessible shelter designed to house and protect anyone in need. The 7,370 square-foot facility is energy-efficient, handicapped accessible, has ample parking, and separate living spaces for survivors of domestic violence and homeless individuals and families. It can accommodate up to 40 beds, has new restroom facilities that are handicap accessible, and includes an administrative office area that allows for direct services from other agencies like New Creations Counseling and the Miami County Recovery Council to be provided onsite. |
