Needs |
Group VolunteeringOpportunities include: Firewood Program, Treat Baskets, Decorated Grocery Bags, and Seasonal Cleanup.Holiday VolunteerKITCHEN Prepare the meal. Package the meals for delivery. Clean and Sanitize. Must be age 13 and older to work in the kitchen. DINING ROOM Set the tables for the home-delivered meal distribution, assist with assembling the cold food trays, distribute meals to the volunteers outside. Clean and sanitize. CLEANUP Clean and Sanitize. Wash, dry and put away all dishes, pots and pans. Clean the kitchen and dining area and any other areas that have been used for prep and delivery. Sweep and mop floors. Vacuum. Sanitize all surfaces before leaving. MEAL DELIVERY Pickup meals between 11:45am and 12:15pm at the curb of the meal site then deliver to elders. Practice contactless delivery and don't enter their home.Individual or Family OpportunitiesOpportunities include: Mission in Motion, Friendly Visiting, Social Activities, Holiday Celebrations, Medical Transportation, Firewood, Food Assistance, Medical Equipment Loan, and Office Support. |
