How you help |
---|
About us | As a Harvard Medical School affiliate, Hebrew SeniorLife’s mission is to help older adults maximize their potential at every stage of life. It is through that same lens that we approach hospice care. Guided as much as possible by each patient’s personal preferences and care goals, Hebrew SeniorLife Hospice Care works to bring meaning and fulfillment during the final stage of life, in addition to providing comfort and management of symptoms related to a patient’s illness. |
