Student VolunteersStudents who are interested in the medical fields have the opportunity to find out more about the hospital world and career opportunities as well as volunteer in clinical and non-clinical areas through Wilson's Student Volunteer program.Wilson Auxiliary VolunteersThe Wilson Auxiliary operates the hospital's gift shop and organizes fundraising events throughout the year with proceeds benefiting our patients through new equipment purchases. The volunteers also work as greeters, deliver mail and flowers, offer clerical support and help in clinical departments.Hospice VolunteersWilson Health Hospice volunteers offer help to terminally ill patients and their families. Volunteers visit patients, offer respite to caregivers, provide transportation, offer help with light housekeeping or meal preparation and assist staff with clerical duties and fundraising projects. |
