Senior Fitness and Activity Instructors

Description We hold classes for seniors at low-income housing complexes in Irvine. Our seniors like to mix it up…so we are always looking for interesting classes to keep them interested. Chair Pilates, Yoga, Tai-Chi, Zumba, Ethnic Dance, Line Dance, or Clogging are but a few examples of the types of classes we’re looking for! Volunteers can choose to teach a weekly six or eight week class or sign on with us once a week for 6 months or more.
