How you help |
---|
About us | Our Father’s Table has a solution that breaks the cycle of chronic homelessness, one person at a time. Showing the love of Christ, we take the time to build genuine relationships with our homeless neighbors. We help assess the individual’s needs based on their unique situation and provide a bridge to agencies and service opportunities currently in place. We accompany, assist and encourage our homeless friends throughout this process — so they have the correct tools to self-help effectively. |
