Scope of Responsibility: Through Goodwill Retail Stores the volunteer will educate the public about Goodwill’s programs, services, volunteer opportunities and events by supplying brochures and pamphlets to interested persons. Also, be knowledgeable of the Retail Store merchandise to direct customers to products they are interested in. |
