| Description | All of our projects are structured to provide a practical, hands-on legal experience that complements law school coursework. During the school year, students typically volunteer a minimum of 15-20 hours per week. Under the supervision of our attorneys, volunteers have the opportunity to provide various levels of assistance to clients including but not limited to: conduct client intake interviews, provide information/advice to clients, analyze and assess client needs, conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, draft motions and trial briefs, assist attorneys at court for motions and trials, develop resource and educational materials for clients. |
