| Description | PromiseCorps members can provide educational assistance, tutoring, and many other opportunities for community organizations. 20 members work in the schools serving the most academically and socially challenged students. PromiseCorps members are not highly qualified teachers; they are capable and committed adults with the aptitude and determination to work with low income families and children. PromiseCorps members serve part-time to fulfill an hour requirement. Usually, members serve 900 hours over eight to twelve months. |
