Women Build recruits, educates, and inspires women to build and advocate for simple, decent, and affordable housing in their communities. Women Build OC is not about excluding men, it’s about empowering women so they can learn construction skills in a more supportive environment.Construction VolunteerHelp Habitat OC Raise the Roof in our community by providing hard-working limited income families the opportunity to purchase safe, decent and affordable housing in Orange County. Volunteer your time and build along side these families and other passionate volunteers. Build, paint and landscape a home under construction.Family Services VolunteerAssist with various programs such as Family Selection which involves leading family orientations, process applications, interview, and select eligible families, Homeowner Education which helps keep Habitat OC families involved with each other and with Habitat OC programs, or College Bound which helps families and their children pursue higher education.ReStore VolunteerWhen you volunteer for a shift at the ReStore you help Habitat for Humanity OC’s home improvement store build homes in our community! Every product we sell allows us to continue to Raise the Roof and provide hard-working limited income families the opportunity to purchase safe, decent and affordable housing in Orange County.Photography VolunteerPhotograph volunteers, families, build sites, and special events for the website and newsletters.Office Administration VolunteerAssist with office administration by answering phones, filing, entering data, greeting guests, and processing mailings. |
