Creative/Therapeutic Arts Program Support
| Description | Volunteers looking for hands-on experience working directly with children and clients may help with our Creative and/or Therapeutic Arts programs. Responsibilities Implement and/or support Creative and/or Therapeutic Arts Program(s) using Million Little’s approach with children. Take notes and document interactions with children and clients. Requirements Pass a background check. Complete Million Little’s Volunteer Trainings. 3 to 6 hours per week of commitment for a minimum of three months required. Ability to drive to (come to) a client location (i.e. school, clinic, community center, etc.). Attend on-going professional development meetings and trainings. Ability to be flexible and creative under unexpected circumstances. Passionate about working with children and families. |
