Spay & Neuter Clinic - Reception
| Description | We need volunteers to assist at reception between the hours of 7am-11am, and 1pm-5pm, Monday-Thursday. Duties may include: Engaging client in a courteous and helpful manner; Answering client questions in-person and over the phone; Ensuring correct check-in and check-out procedures are followed; Cleaning/organization of the clinic; Coordinating appointments; Relaying general knowledge of Heaven Can Wait’s goals and programs; Explaining paperwork, consent forms, and discharge and aftercare instructions to clients; Relaying information to clients from Veterinary staff. Spanish speaking is a plus. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their shifts. |
