| Description | The Local Leadership Trainer (LLT) is responsible for training all delegation leaders, junior counselors, seminar camp participants, youth meeting participants who are 16 years of age or older; planners, directors and staff of programs hosted by the chapter. Provide training to the board and Junior Branch advisors and officers. |
