Description House Managers work with ushers to make each patron’s visit pleasant, comfortable and safe. They greet and seat audience members, serve refreshments and prepare the auditorium and lobby for the next performance. We are trained to be ambassadors for Stagecrafters and in resolving issues which may arise, such as duplicate tickets, and provide assistive hearing devices, pillows, or whatever makes the patron feel welcome and valued. House managers and ushers are encouraged to receive training on the use of our AED machine.
