Be a BigOur volunteers come from a variety of backgrounds, careers, education levels, cultures, marital statuses, ages, ethnicities, and households. Mentoring is about starting a consistent friendship and inspiring positive change to empower children to believe they can achieve what they never dreamed possible. You can simply incorporate your Little into your everyday life: play sports together, picnic in the park, take your dog for a hike or go to the beach. Being a Big will be one of the most enjoyable and fulfilling things you do, while also being a force of change in our community.Be A Board MemberWe are privileged to have dedicated board members who are truly committed to the one-to-one mentoring services we provide, to matching more children with mentors, and to achieving BIG things here at BBBSNH. We are actively seeking volunteers to serve on our statewide board of directors, regional boards, and Young Philanthropists for Mentoring (YP4M) group. |

| About us | Big Brothers Big Sisters has been the premiere one-to-one mentoring service in the Granite State since 1966. Our one-to-one mentoring program addresses the needs of children facing adversity by creating, fostering, and supporting strong one-to-one relationships between youth and caring volunteer adult mentors. Mentors take the time to listen, encourage, and model positive behavior while doing everyday activities. Each match is professionally supported by a Match Support Specialist, who is there to support and advise Bigs and parents on this journey. |
