| Needs |
VolunteerBecause of the sensitive nature of our work, most volunteer positions do involve significant training. We ask that volunteers who complete the training commit to 4-6 hours weekly of volunteer time for a minimum of 6 months. It is our volunteer corps that is responsible for answering our hotline 24/7, as well as responding to victims at the hospital. Volunteers also assist with representing The Rape Crisis Center at outreach and community events and help out in our office.5 Different Volunteer ProjectsAnti-Human Trafficking RISE Hotline Volunteer, In-Office/Administrative Volunteer, Outreach/Event Volunteer, Sexual Assault Crisis Hotline + Hospital Volunteer, and Text/Chat Hotline Volunteer. |
