Needs |
MissionaryWill generally promote a global view of ministry through formal and informal teaching.Activities DirectorWill organize daily activities, and will coordinate and support the counselor activity schedule.Teens'-N-TrainingYou can volunteer your time in the kitchen where you will help prepare meals for up to 250 people; on the grounds doing landscaping and light maintenance; or joining housekeeping where you will help tidying up the camp and keeping it clean and presentable. We will match each volunteer with a paid summer staff person—who is paired up with one of the full-time personnel of Butler Springs—to have a team effect on accomplishing tasks at hand. You must be at least fourteen at the time of the requested week.Assistant DirectorWill assist the director and be the primary coach and encourager of the counselors.ChaplainWill preach, teach, coach the counselors, counsel campers making spiritual decisions, and keep follow up records.Program DirectorWorks with the camp staff in developing a specific program, recruits a volunteer team of program workers, and directs the specific program.CounselorWorks as the guide/coach for a small group of campers.TeacherWill assist or replace the counselor in some class situations. |
