Fosters provide a temporary safe and loving home for our cats and dogs waiting for their forever family (All necessary food, medical and supply expenses paid by LVVHS).
Volunteer at one of our events. These events are critical for fundraising and awareness.
On Saturdays and Sundays, from 11am to 4pm at Petsmart Centennial Hills on Durango, you would be helping our cat coordinator with interviewing potential adopters, paperwork, follow up phone calls, etc. The work doesn’t stop there, all week long we need help cleaning, socializing, feeding and caring for our cats at Petsmart.
We need assistance with writing, preparation, graphics, production and coordination of our newsletter.
Provide assistance with data entry, mailing campaigns, special projects.
LVVHS requires reliable transportation to transport animals to and from veterinarians, help rescue animals, deliver food to fosters, etc.
Help us maintain our facility. Tasks vary based on current needs, but if you have a specific skill, let us know.
Help transport dogs to events and vet appointments.
