Walking Our Talk has changed over 350 women’s lives in Berkshire County, but many others both here and elsewhere could benefit greatly from the support received through our weekly zoom circles. We need help in outreach to provide our services to a greater audience.
We’re seeking board members to grow our current group from 7 to 12; especially members who share our values. Relevant experience in nonprofit leadership (Board President), nonprofit governance, food retail/restaurant, finance and legal or human resources.

Help pick up and deliver donations and process donations.
Many tasks include answering the phone, greeting guests, and calling to check on guests. Engaging with guests (include playing games, participating in activities, and getting to know guests).
Options include art, yoga, group therapy, or other skills you can provide.
Help with our gardens. We also have opportunities outdoors and indoors depending on the weather.
On Sundays’s volunteers go downtown to handout food and clothing to people who are experiencing homelessness.
The Center has many random projects that need completed. They depend on the group size and the ages of the volunteers.
