Seniors need opportunities to socialize and maintain connections. Senior luncheons at community dining sites are a great way to stay active while enjoying a nutritious and delicious meal. Volunteers in the furniture program provide one-on-one support for program participants. Experience with teaching, finishing, and upholstering is helpful but not required. We’ll teach you.
Skilled woodworkers are needed to repair donated furniture before it’s upholstered or finished by our program participants.
Volunteers are also needed to work in our Resale Store. We can always use help to organize and display items in the store, help at the cash register, or work online selling on Ebay or Etsy.
