Make a difference in the lives of children and their families. Knowledgeable advocates and attorneys are sought to volunteer on MAC’s Helpline. MAC is also seeking attorneys and advocates who wish to provide pro bono or low cost services to low-income families.

The HALO Swim and Sing program offers therapeutic recreation and socialization for individuals (ages 7-35) with moderate to severe neurological disabilities. Family Table provides kosher food to those who need assistance, creating a caring Jewish connection, and empowering people to make healthy eating a part of their daily lives. Family Table is looking for responsible, dedicated volunteers to help pack and deliver groceries to families in need.

You’ll be in a digital simulated city! You’ll help guide students through their assigned family scenario where they will visit many different businesses. They must purchase items to meet the needs of their family, such as insurance, clothing, transportation, housing, groceries, and childcare—without spending more than they earn.

This experience uses the same JA programs as the traditional method, but it’s condensed into a single day for a high-impact experience! Perfect for the volunteer who can take just a day away from work.

As a JA Traditional Volunteer, you’ll be paired with a teacher in a classroom. This delivery method is an effective and popular way to show students a connection between the skills they are learning in the classroom and how they can get a more fulfilling career and life.

Students in our community come to you! You’ll give them insight into your job and give them a tour of your company so they can have an opportunity to see how work gets done. It’s a really great way to show them how products are made or services are promoted.
