Café Hakalah is a monthly social and cultural gathering of Holocaust survivors. Café Hakalah Volunteers attend the café and assist staff with registration, greeting guests, and serving food. Russian speaking volunteers may also be asked to help with translation.
Assist participants with finding gainful employment, work closely with Career Coach and instructors to support job preparation and administrative tasks toward this goal.

Interested in taking on more of a leadership role? Team Leaders coach teams of Corps members, plan and implement Jumpstart sessions, and facilitate meetings. The team leader plays a variety of roles, including coach, trainer and observer and is essential to making Jumpstart a high quality program.

The Visiting Moms® program is a home-visiting support program staffed by trained and supervised volunteers that provides weekly visits for up to one year. The program is looking for dedicated, compassionate volunteers to visit with parents of newborns in their home one hour weekly until the baby’s first birthday. Candidate must be an experienced mom.
The Family Table program is looking for responsible, dedicated volunteers to work at the Marketplace one Tuesday and/or Wednesday each month. Volunteers help set up and restock food and assist clients as they sign in, choose their own groceries, and pack their own bags.
