The Survivor Speakers Bureau (SSB) reaches hundreds of people every year, including high school and college students, police, journalists, health-care providers, legislators, the military, and others. Joining the SSB is a powerful way to connect with people, put a face to this issue, and motivate communities to take action to end sexual violence. Requires training.
Medical Advocates meet survivors at the hospital following a sexual assault 24-hours a day. They provide as much support and information as needed by the survivor and any significant others who may be with them throughout the time the survivor is in the emergency room. Requires 40-hour training.

We are looking for an intern/volunteer to help with development and marketing. Duties will include assisting with events, fundraising appeals and social media, assisting with data entry and donor acknowledgement and other responsibilities based on the intern’s and organization’s needs.
Coaches work one-on-one to support students throughout the college application process and specifically with writing admissions essays. Volunteers can also help give our students the opportunity to practice interviewing in advance of college admissions or internship interviews or entrance to other academic enrichment programs.
