Our laundry volunteers ‘take a bag’ and help our staff stay on top of the constant cycle of dirty laundry. It’s simple! Help build and expand our new garden with weeding, turning compost, removing leaves, watering and general garden maintenance. Our goal is to create hands-on learning opportunities outside the classroom, encourage team work, and teach PUENTE pre-school and elementary students about the direct relationship between nature and our food supply.
Our work days are on the second Saturday from March through November. Our workdays are from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm EST and are open to the public.
