Volunteers are needed for regularly scheduled trailwork, invasive plant removal, and property clean-up. Grab your favorite loppers or borrow one of ours and join us! Individual projects are also available.

Support for fundraising and community events. For example, you may help out a bingo night by checking winners and handing our prizes, check people in at educational events, or collect raffle items for a fundraising party.

Set tables at the Older Adult Kosher Hot Meal Program, deliver meals to homebound seniors, make calls on Super Sunday, assist with community mailings, visit homebound seniors and residents of senior living facilities, bake, pack and deliver holiday packages to seniors

Help with weeding, harvesting, watering, and processing. Each volunteer is responsible for bringing their own pair of gardening gloves and face masks. All tools for gardening will be provided by Jacob’s Garden.

The Thrift Shop relies heavily on volunteers to help the store operate. Duties could include: pricing inventory, organizing donations, sorting books, and rearranging shelving. FIDO of Natick is an all-volunteer organization. We can always use help with small chores at the dog park: bagging up trash, watering plants, filling tree bags, weeding the front garden and, of course, picking up stray poops!

Family Volunteer Days are short yet impactful afternoons of service. Families gather in the warehouse to learn about hygiene insecurity and help count, pack and sort products for delivery. This one-time event is perfect for every member of the family.
