Become a LDDR Web Team member Graphic Design – help with brochures, literature, signage, and other artistic pieces needed either in print or on the website. Website Content – help with writing the LDDR Blog, writing bios for the animals, writing Happy Tails articles, and other creative writing areas on the website.

Join the Vet Check Team. This would include contacting potential adopters vet references.

Are you a gardener ready to co-lead one of our one and a half hour harvesting sessions? We run Leadership Training quarterly and you will be matched with experienced co-leaders.

Help us harvest the garden from June to the end of September. Children under 18 are allowed only when accompanied by a parent or responsible adult or parent. Thursdays 6:30 – 8:00 in season

We welcome your help but we want to help you plan for your group. The pantry works best with groups of 5-8 volunteers at a time. We do not accept volunteers younger than 14 years old.

The Petting Farm is home to about 100 traditional and non-traditional farm animals, including cows, horses, donkeys, llamas, alpacas, pigs, sheep, goats, ducks, chickens, peacocks, cats and a bearded dragon. Volunteers help us care for all of these animals.
