The IRC houses a “Resettlement Store” where refugees can shop for donated items such as clothing, household goods, toys, kitchenware, and linens. Job Description/Purpose: To assist Meowza staff in day to day store operations, including cleaning cat cages, adoptions and assisting customers.
Volunteer as a mentor and work with parents, work with our youth, become an on-call voice, or transport youth to and from meetings or other organizations.
Help coordinate an event, assist with corporate outreach, volunteer for fundraising, and attend group meetings.
Assist with maintenance for our house including landscaping and repairs.
Our coaches work to, connect the fellow with civic and career networks, ask non-judgemental questions to help projects grow, support fellows when things seem hard, and cheer on fellows when they find successes.
Purpose: To get great photographs of our animals up for adoption. This team of professional photographers and animal handlers do a variety of jobs that promote our pets.
