Volunteers are buyers, display designers, and store salespersons. The profits from the Library Shop are used to fund projects for the District.

We’re looking for volunteers for Retail Book Sales who can volunteer at least 4-8 hours per month to help with organization and/or sales of the large donations we get regularly. Set and mark prices on books, handle money, and pack books for the internet book sale.

Pantry Partners is an all-volunteer group that depends on the time and talents of people like you to coordinate it. Volunteers assist with: Partner Renewal Emails, New Partner Recruitment, Party Planning, Organizing Food Drives, and Securing Sponsors.

We are looking for coaches to do three separate 4 week soccer camps that teach the basics, then graudate to more intermediate skills and finish off with an advanced course. All in all you would be looking at a three-month commitment of once-a-week courses.

In order to serve our community, we need volunteers to help maintain the pantry by spending a couple of hours each week performing one (or more) of the following tasks: assist with food sorting, stocking shelves, and providing assistance to clients during food pick up.

By offering lunch every Tuesday and Thursday this is the first step in reaching out to assist in the individual needs of the homeless.

These volunteers repair books, dvd’s, and cd’s that have been damaged due to general wear and tear. It’s a detailed job with an emphasis on precise, almost invisible repairing.

Walk beside the hip of the rider and assist in the lesson. This may involve verbal repetition of the instructor’s direction, and physical assistance. Side walkers are also trained how to perform an emergency dismount if the rider has problems.
