Provide support services in compliance with hospice policies. The Pet-Therapy Certified pet is utilized therapeutically to implement the hospice plan of care, providing tactile stimulation, aid in relaxation, companionship, and other quality of life benefits to patients.

Help the clinical department in matters associated with day to day operations such as recordkeeping, answering the telephone, filing and other support tasks as required.

Help sort and prepare produce in our receiving area for sale or for kitchen use, label and package prepared foods alongside our kitchen staff, help cooks in the kitchen, stock retail shelves, stock/reorganize cooler and freezer units, or interact with customers in our food sampling/engagement area.

The Senior Companion Program is a federally-funded volunteer program. The program’s mission is to provide meaningful volunteer opportunities to active adults age 55 years and older serving homebound elders and adults. Qualifying volunteers must commit to 15 hours per week and will receive a bi-weekly non-taxable stipend.

Adults, teens (13-17), and children (8-12, accompanied by adult) are needed to sort and package donations of clothes, toys, and baby equipment. We have two locations to choose from: Boxford (clothes and baby equipment) on the 1st Saturday of each month or Middleton (toys) on the 3rd Saturday of each month.
