Volunteer judges listen to debates, offer encouragement and feedback, and determine a winner in each round. All are welcome, and no debate experience or knowledge is necessary. Training, support, meals, and networking opportunities are all provided during tournaments.

Special projects are happening all the time, and you can be a part of them! Current project needs include photography/videography, coding, and more. Contact us to share your unique skills, interests, or expertise and find out about ongoing projects.

Leadership volunteers check judges in at the ballot table, train other judges, and run tournament logistics in the tab room. All are welcome, and no debate experience or knowledge is necessary (except tab room volunteers). Training is provided in advance of tournaments.
