We are seeking volunteers who are interested in early childhood development, pediatric therapy or just want to volunteer their time to work with preschool-aged children with varying developmental delays during our summer Bridging the Gap program. Volunteers would be working alongside Occupational and Speech Therapists in a small group of children.
Contribute your talents and time whether it be assisting with transports, dog walking or helping at adoption events. If you have the time, we can always use your talents. And, your passion!
Our foster program is a great way to help animals in need. By providing an animal a temporary home, the foster parent has given that animal another chance at life that he/she otherwise would not have had. We are always looking for more foster families! Bring a group and volunteer for a single day project.
In one hour a week you can teach a kindergartner to read with Making Sense of Language Arts. You will be trained in our techniques, paired with a child. Then weekly, at a local school, you’ll be given a lesson plan, materials and the supervision to empower this child to learn to read and write.…
