What does it take to be a literacy tutor? The ability to read, write and speak English, compassion for others, and patience. Tutor training takes one hour of personal training at your convenience.
Help collect donations for those suffering from homelessness. We are in need of weather appropriate garments, staple food items (rice, pasta, canned vegetables, etc.), and disposable dish ware (styrofoam plates, napkins, cups, etc.)

Assist in resale boutique; hanging & straightening clothes, helping customers, moving merchandise, etc.
Every June 21st, United Way encourages community members to come together for a unique day full of giving back.
Volunteers help with races, galas, festivals, golf tournaments, telethons, administrative work and so much more.
Help staff the museum as it expands opening hours. No knowledge of broadcasting or radio is required and volunteer training will be provided.
Volunteers fulfill important positions such as: usher, host/hostess, ticket takers, runners, and venue supervisors during the festival to ensure visitors have a satisfying and safe experience.
