APCH Cares Volunteer – APCH members, families, alumni and staff providing service to make a positive difference in our community and the world.
Volunteer Mentor – an individual committed to supporting, guiding, and caring for an APCH teen/young adult member (age 13 to early 20s) via APCH’s L.I.F.E. (Lead, Inspire, Foster, and Empower) Mentoring Program.
Volunteer Member of APCH’s Board of Directors, Leadership Council or Social Change Club – an individual serving as a member of one of APCH’s volunteer leadership entities.
Weekly Volunteer – an individual supporting an APCH program or department on a weekly basis for at least one APCH semester — spring, summer or fall.
“M.A.S.” Volunteer – “Making A Spark” and giving más or more — an individual supporting an APCH program or department on a weekly basis for at least one year.
Help with all aspects of the Cincinnati Coffee Festival, a major fundraiser and awareness-raiser for Ohio River Foundation!
Present topics of your choosing and interest at a talk or on a walk through the wetlands. Topics may include wetlands, native plants, photography, birding, fitness, etc. Volunteer training booklet is provided.
Join our engagement committee to help plan upcoming events such as the annual meeting, educational walks or programs like Monarch Tagging. The committee typically meets once a month and works together to create informative, meaningful and fun events.
Empower girls to lead activities, learn by doing and cooperate with others for a short-term Girl Scout Leadership Experience. Curriculum support and training provided. Series occur anytime throughout the year and meeting schedule is flexible. Assistants help facilitate activities and manage troop business (registration, attendance, money, etc.).
Volunteer needs may vary from camp but includes roles like camp nurse, check-in day support, pre-camp training support, etc.
