As a volunteer in the Medical Advocate Program, you will be matched with a senior who needs help navigating their medical care. You will become familiar with their health concerns and accompany them to doctor’s visits. Training is provided. Skills: Sensitivity to older adults, reliability, good communication abilities.

If you have a few hours each month to help a neighbor, you can: Run an errand for them while you’re running your own; Take them for a walk or read them the newspaper; Shovel their sidewalk in the winter time. Skills: Being a good neighbor!

We deliver the built bunk beds into the home of kids that do not have beds. This requires assembling the bed, mattress and putting bedding on the bed. You will need to have a Pickup Truck or Large Van. We will train you.

We build bunk beds from scratch on Build Days. We have cutting, sanding, stamping, drilling, screwing, staining and branding stations.
