Our volunteers graciously foster, transport, bathe, walk, socialize, and provide extra care to our sweet labs.

Classroom aids to provide a variety of fun filled activities including storytelling, finger painting, and educational games that help children be successful.

Tutors teach basic English language skills (reading and writing) to adults and out-of-school youth, age 18 and over. Legal immigrants are also taught English as a second language. Training required.

As a Mentor, you might be called on to assist a client with mock interviewing, resume critiquing and networking. Mentors also share job leads with JVS Career Services.

Complete a special maintenance project at one of our group homes, such as painting or landscaping. Corporate, school, church, and civic groups, as well as individuals and families are welcome.

Plan and host one of our quarterly parties to give the kids and adults we serve an opportunity for a fun gathering with refreshments and interactive activities.

Lacking access to nutritious food is a dire public health concern for the patients and communities we serve.
