On Saturdays in July and August, STOKED Surf Mentors provide 1-on-1 surf instruction for our students for 4 hours. Surf Mentors are in the water with students helping to push them into waves.
During the winter months, STOKED Snow Mentors are our primary snowboarding instructors. Mentors teach 3-4 students in small groups during a snow day. Snow trips are usually 10-12 hour days on weekends. Snow Mentors should be comfortable on blue runs and should be able to link turns.
Ready to teach flip tricks and how to grind? STOKED Skate Mentors provide skate instruction for 2-4 hours every Saturday in Spring and Fall. Mentors should be experienced skaters.
Help us to capture and preserve the moments of community greening. As a TreePeople photographer, you will need to provide your own equipment and be able to shoot photos with at least a 300 dpi resolution. After your third event as a volunteer photographer you will receive a t-shirt and TreePeople name badge.
