Be a part of the energy, excitement, and innovation of BUILD Boston’s events. We’re always looking for volunteers to help make our events amazing by helping us behind the scenes with decorations, registration, etc. If you only have one day to spare, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

You’ll work on an ongoing committee to learn, evaluate and suggest and develop ways to improve our tours and education outreach programs.

Facilitate support groups and/or programs, including preparing support group materials, assisting facilitators before, during, or after groups, etc. Training is provided by COJ Professionals. We focus on group dynamics and the various types of Grief. (1 year+ committment)

Help our facilitators understand their common objectives and assist them in achieving them. Hold regular meetings to educate enhance and enrich COJ programs to help the Bereaved.

Help by sharing your story of healing with others and having it published, encourage others by sharing how you have dealt with the loss of your loved one and the hope you have found in your healing.

This experience will provide high school and college students a dynamic program that helps to reduce poverty and to build environmentally sustainable-based economic programs that improve lives in various global communities. Each participant will work with local families and students to improve their housing, infrastructure and jobs. Trips are a minimum of a week long.

Programs include Agricultural & Natural Resources, 4-H Youth Development, Family & Consumer Sciences, Community Development, Master Gardener, and food preparation. Select what youth age group you would like to work with from 5 to 19 years old.
