Volunteers help clean, repair, and refurbish donated bikes. You will be matched with a team based on your skill and knowledge of bike repair.
Go through our facility and inventory what we have. When that is done. We need things moved to their proper place so everything is organized.
Office help includes secretarial work (answering phones), box office management (training provided), and newsletter mailings.
Performances take many hands for loading/unloading, spotlights, cleaning crew, sewing/wardrobe, and stagehands. Training provided for some roles.
Deliver posters around the area to spread information about upcoming performances and events. Assist as a tour guide to promote the opera house to visitors.
We are seeking willing people to help care for our residents while they await their forever home. These are just a few of the many volunteer opportunities available with Almost Home Animal Shelter: cat cage/dog kennel cleaning, dog walking and socializing, and cat socializing and grooming.
Assist with general fundraising and special events.
Assist as a ticket taker or usher.
Assist with group and individual tours of the gardens.
Provide clerical help.
